XYC NH1 XZ 3-1 1KG is a fast-evaporating fluorinated solvent and dispersant designed for use with PFPE perfluoropolyether lubricants. It is important to distinguish this product from a conventional lubricating oil or grease: XYC NH1 XZ 3-1 itself is a process solvent and dispersing medium used together with PFPE lubricants to support controlled application and surface treatment. The product can be used to dilute and disperse PFPE lubricating fluids, making it possible to prepare a lower-concentration lubricant mixture for micro spray applications. After spraying, the solvent evaporates rapidly and leaves a thin and relatively uniform PFPE lubricating film on the treated component. This approach is suitable for applications where only a very small amount of lubricant is required.
